What I liked
The family feeling of working at the ranch. Met some really cool people from all over the country/world in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Had the opportunity to lead hikes in the Mountains of Montana and travel out West on my off days. Really fun summer job.
What I wish was different
Feel like hourly pay would have been better, but the final tip makes up for it
Advice
Work hard and work together. The staff is a team working towards the same goal. Enjoy the experience and value the relationships you make.

Be different. Don't sit in a cubicle, you can do that for the rest of your life!! Be bold and do something unique. You won't regret it.
