Working from home was a change from my previous experiences with them, but I still got a lot out of my time. I learned a new program, and still got to work with others.
What I wish was different
Being in the office would have been nice and could have made communication a little easier, but Microsoft teams did the job.
Advice
Even after working here over multiple internships, I still get to learn new things.

Learning how to use SolidWorks and working within the engineering department. I was given a design project that was a great learning experience. The people are great to work with.

What I liked
Great hands on experience, and great people to work with. I learned a lot from the employees as well as fellow interns. I received a lot of Six Sigma training. The project was also very interesting.
What I wish was different
The whole internship went over very well. There was nothing I would change about it.
Advice
Make sure you have a reason and clear thought to something you want to pursue. Also, make sure you document everything as it is critical to looking back on your work and making sure you have everything you’ve completed.
