I really enjoyed the confidence and trust that the pro-staff had towards every employee. The work environment was easy to adjust to and every task given was reasonable for each person. When mistakes were made, the pro-staff never judged us negatively. They efficiently corrected employees on how to improve for the future.
What I wish was different
Other than wanting to get paid more, I had no complaints.
Advice
When parents call over the phone asking questions regarding their son/daughter, it's not wise stating what you think. It's best to put that parent on hold and ask the pro-staff for guidance.
