What I liked

This is a great work place for those looking to get a foot in the door with the commercial real estate industry. You will learn about marketing and research techniques that will help separate your business apart.

What I wish was different

Mainly focusing on the marketing, you miss out on some of the actual day to day activities an agent does. However, most of the agents will not have any problem explaining to you what they are doing and why they are doing it. Every situation is different.

Advice

Come in with an open mind. I did not know much about the industry when I first started, but it is very encompassing and deals with a lot more than you would think.
