Naik has been an incredible experience. There is a multitude of highly skilled and experienced engineers on staff that have a wealth of knowledge and are more than willing to share it. As a part-time employee they gave me all the opportunities to get hands-on experience in field surveying, electrical design and project inspection tasks, exposing me to many different facets of engineering. They offered a hybrid working schedule to work remotely and on-site/in-office.
What I wish was different
I would've liked see more interns from NJIT.
Advice
Ask questions and absorb everything! These engineers have decades of experience, picking their brain and having them in your network will go a long way in our careers. Also! if you're coming from NJIT the PATH train is directly below their office, take the train.
