Amazing workplace. They give you projects that have a real impact. Also amazing engineering team that are fun and friendly. Learned a lot because I was given a lot of different projects.

I wish there was more opportunity for growth after the internship.

What I liked
There was plenty of cross-training. I got some good experience in the composite industry.
What I wish was different
I had a particular supervisor who kept wanting us to work mandatory overtime. Also, they weren't clear to everyone how to advance.
Advice
If you are in the composite production industry, get along with people as well as you can. Be as easy to get along with as possible. Don't get lazy or shirk cleaning up responsibilities. It stinks to be on the receiving end of laziness or co-workers who don't much care about getting along.
