I liked that I got a better understand of employment related bills and current judicial nominations.
What I wish was different
I wish the office was bigger but it was a great opportunity to work consistently one-on-one with the legislative and public policy director.
Advice
The supervisor has a lot on her plate because she is the only one in the DC office so make sure to always come prepared to meetings with her. It helps her out a lot.
