What I liked
Amazing team, ridiculous opportunities. Felt extremely valued and I felt like they wanted to make the internship rewarding for me. I feel like a priority and they worked very hard to make me feel valued and to give me freedom on what I wanted to do.
What I wish was different
I hated my commute. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

What I liked
I love mentoring all the students and being able to lead them towards careers in public speaking and to offer guidance to younger generations.I love to getting an all expense paid trip to DC and the opportunity to go to New Orleans the following year.I loved my boss and all the friends I made as well as the ability to make connections in the industry of energy.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to return to New Orleans to continue to help out this coming winter. I wish there was less favoritism among the staff assistants so that I could offer more help when needed.

What I liked
I got to work on multiple research projects that the company used and published on their website. I also had the opportunity to travel to Alabama twice for a conference and a tour of a research facility. What I wish was different
I wish I had found a place to stay closer to the office because commuting from Maryland to Virginia can be very frustrating.
