I am such a big part of the small NSPN community that no matter what is going on, I am always involved. I entered in at a time where we were planning our biannual conference so I got to help with that and see it all unfold for the people that came across the country to learn how to better their NSPN experience.
What I wish was different
Advice
Stay involved. The team is small, but there is so much to do that you'll never be bored. If there is a project you would like to be a part of, get involved with it so you can learn more.
