Overall I really liked the environment at Native Sound more than anything. Both Ben and David were very welcoming, and they always were willing to teach when the time was right. In addition, the artists that they brought in were very pleasant to work with, and everyone was just very respectful overall. Finally, the studio was very well equipped for its purposes, and there were plenty of opportunities to learn more about gear and equipment.
What I wish was different
The things that I would've changed weren't under anyone's control, mostly just the consistency of tracking sessions happening.
Advice
Come in every day with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Ben and David are both founts of information and there really is a ton to be learned from them. Also, coming in with a good attitude is critical, as your attitude (even as an intern) has an effect on the day as a whole.
