Nativity Prep is a independent private middle school for boys located in the downtown New Bedford historic district. All students attend on full scholarship, operating revenue to run the school is raised throughout the year from foundations and individual donors. Student enrollment is about 55 in Grades 5 - 8. About 20 paid staff, 8 or 9 are AmeriCorps Teaching Fellows and about 10 administrative employees.
