I liked being able to work on a team discovering new technologies that could push autonomous underwater vehicle deployment to the next level. I loved working with the technology stack, which was a mix of embedded systems and desktop systems.
What I wish was different
I wish it would have been more embedded systems, as that is what I am most interested in.
Advice
Be ready to learn and don't be scared to ask questions. There is a ton of knowledge about multiple fields there, and they will be excellent sources of information on any issue you have.

What I liked
I enjoyed the fact that I was never alone, my mentors encouraged me to ask questions, and the tasks they gave me - I could explore the problem, and come up with my own solution.
What I wish was different
Honestly, nothing. It was an awesome internship, and I have applied for the same program again.
