I thought my internship experience with NCA was entirely enriching. Everyone in their organization is willing to assist you with your professional development and they are more than willing to offer advice. The organization's culture is great. I learned an immense amount about myself and the field of financial planning. This is not an experience where one will be doing mindless work. As an intern, you actually learn.

Advice
I would highly encourage anyone to apply who is considering a career in financial planning. You won't find a better experience in the Cleveland area. This is a well established internship program.

What I liked
There were weekly educational meetings to teach you things that would not only help in this occupation but it would help you with your everyday finances and taxes. We also only worked Monday through Thursday.
