It was a great atmosphere and I was able to learn a lot.
What I wish was different
The intern program is young. A little more structure would have been nice, but it is definitely improving in that direction and future interns have a chance to help shape it.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask questions and accept as much responsibility as you can handle. The more you show you are capable of, the more work you will be trusted with.
