Scheduling and management was not great. They pushed for more hours even if you had classes. They would ask for signed letters of why you could not work that shift.

Great experience in a large facility, learned lots about surgery, did it for UNL credit

Wanted more hands on experience, but there was not much to do as an undergraduate in surgey
