I enjoyed working with everyone on my team. Things often being pretty chaotic, everyone was helpful and extended help where it was necessary. I thought he technology was interesting to work on as well.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more well defined role in the beginning of my co-op. The first few weeks were very frustrating to get a grip with and started everything off on a sour note.
Advice
Learn to properly resource for yourself. Know your limitations as your are currently so you know who you need to ask for assistance. Being a know-it-all and working with 10’s of thousands of volts daily is not a combination for success.

What I liked
The work environment at NECES is nice. They allow you to try different things, and find what you like the most and are good at.
What I wish was different
Everyone is pretty busy at NEC, and it was sometimes challenging finding time in people's schedules to have them point me in the right direction or give me my next assignment.
Advice
If you are ever board, be proactive on finding the next task that needs to be done, or finding inefficiencies in the systems in place, and try to find ways to optimize them.
