I loved seeing the students taking classes and the amount of love the teachers put into their lessons and their students. I loved being a part of such a beautiful community that does amazing work. I was inspired every day!!
What I wish was different
I wish I had more input or guidance in the creation of classes and teaching in general. I would have liked to interact with a specific job, such as grant writing or teaching.
Advice
Be Positive about work you may not like, because all experience is good experience, even if you don't enjoy it in the moment (like sorting files or inputting data into spreadsheets haha)
