NEO has a great team to work with, the smaller company atmosphere allows you to learn hands on with engineers.

What I wish was different

I wish I had more knowledge of AutoCAD before joining, but I spent time learning it as day to day work is in AutoCAD.

Sharing of information and work, lack of mentoring on some of the fundamentals related to the job.

Make sure you're passionate about electrical distribution and have an interest in autocad
