It was more than I expected it to be because it is rewarding to see the results from your work in helping others achieve success and reach their goal of becoming successful in their own goals.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have remained in that role for a longer time because I wanted to see the kids achieve their goals to the fullest possible extent.
Advice
I would share that you go into a position thinking it’s an obligation you have to fulfill but actually the position can end up being so fulfilling for you and the person you helped.
