What I liked
My supervisor was cool, and he was reasonable about a work schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish the party put more resources into the campaign.
Advice
Make sure you are in good shape physically. The area where we would knock on doors was very rural, and you could cover several miles just to knock on 15 doors.

What I liked
I loved being involved with like minded people and being able to communicate with constituents. It gives a personable touch to politics in a crazy world.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been a little closer because I live in northeaster PA so sometimes the commute was a little rough.
Advice
Really make the most of it and do as much as you can. You will gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time and it may be hard to take it all in but it will be worth it.
