I got to meet, talk to and shadow many different physicians at this practice. My mentor was very open in sharing their thought processes when dealing with patients and such.

It's what you make of it. You have to go out there and network and ask questions and ask to do stuff to really have a wonderful experience. And dont be shy a out wanting to do stuff either.
