What I liked

I enjoy interacting, guiding, and ensuring the safety of the clients, that is my number one concern regarding this job. I also have appreciated the support I have received from upper management on guidance regarding furthering my education. The clinical team is also willing to check-in and offer coping skills on how to best interact with the clients and de-escalate any stressful situations.

What I wish was different

I wish they offered more opportunity to grow in the company and recognize staff who go above and beyond in their roles.

Advice

Never take any interactions with clients personally. You are there to unconditionally support them and that requires meeting them where they are at mentally and emotionally.
