I loved both the company culture as well as the mission of the non-for-profit. I felt very lucky to really have enjoyed my internship experience while also gaining practical skills in a film festivalesque setting. Being a part of the xommunity by doing something I was passionate about was very rewarding!
What I wish was different
I wish that I had done informational interviews with more of the professional staff.
Advice
I would recommend that students really clearly define what their duties will be as an intern before they accept a position, and that they stay flexible and give everything their 110%.
