What I liked

I enjoy the flexible hours and working at my own pace. I also enjoy learning about problems that students encounter and being able to help them.

What I wish was different

I wish we didn't have to schedule ourselves for 14 hours/week mainly because I have no idea how my day is going to be like.

Advice

One piece of advice I would share is that try something New! Even if you are afraid of it.
