I liked the fact that I was treated like a member of the team and not just an intern. I grained a tremendous amount of experience from the work environment.
What I wish was different
I it was an hour drive to work every day. I wish they would have paid for me to stay in the dorms.

What I liked
It was a nice introduction into how my degree can be practically applied to a career. I encountered challenges that tested my knowledge of a wide range of subjects.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more interaction and work done with the other interns that they had hired.
Advice
NLMK is a great company to work for, I would suggest the people that are interested in working for them to be ready to get your hands dirty.

Had hands on experience working in the mill. Not just sitting at a computer but actually going into the mill to work.

Wish it could have lasted longer and more group work.
