What I liked

Nuna's familial work culture is like none that I have experienced. The way that every department encouraged, reinforced the ideas of, and made room for one another has altered my expectations for future workplaces. Not only was every person that I encountered supportive, but they also gave me opportunities to be self motivated and independent.

What I wish was different

I wish that I could have done more in my short but fruitful time at Nuna. Interns in my particular department were a new fixture, so I do believe everyone did their best to "keep me busy, and actively engaged". I will always appreciate the part they allowed me to play in working on important projects that were finished after my time there.

Advice

Whatever your purpose is while there, go into every new work environment with the intention of growing beyond your most current self. Do not be so set in your ways that you can not allow those with knowledge to teach you a thing or two; there is always room for improvement and growth. And with this mindset you'll gain the most out of many experiences (whether short or long term).
