We’re looking for a motivated professional looking to grow thier knowledge base and aquire client relationship building skills. You’ll do this by understanding the client goals and helping them use our software and related services to achieve their goals.
Overview
Your primary responsibility is assisting customers to ensure their success, and specifically, drive deeper Nutrislice platform adoption and troubleshoot possible concerns.
Core Activities & Responsibilities
Ongoing training and technical support and troubleshooting for all aspects of the software
Data processing and entry
Training clients on various aspects of the tool
