I like that it is a small, locally-owned business. I also get along really well with my coworkers, and learn a lot about hardware and customer service.

Advice
Try to memorize the basics, things that we sell daily, prices, aisles, where things are, etc. Pay attention and you will get the hang of everything quickly and learn a lot.
