The rotation was a positive way to taste the different parts of the bank's production. The mentors were beneficial and great teachers. It was very hands-on and taught us a lot.
What I wish was different
I wished it was longer. I would have liked more time in each sector to apply all the knowledge learned in real projects.
Advice
I recommend it to anyone who wants to work on banking but doesn't know what part. This gives you a great view of the industry and helps you discover your strengths and weaknesses.
