The people. Everyone was so kind and was willing to help me when I needed it. I also appreciated the set schedule. The hours were consistent which made it easy to plan around it.
What I wish was different
The overtime became a bit overwhelming by the end. With COVID, there was a lot of catch up to do and it made for long hours.
Advice
Be prepared to work hard. It is important that you put your best foot forward and give it your all. It will be a valuable experience if you commit to learning the process and ways you can help the team.

Advice
It’s a really good summer job, but you have to be careful, especially in hurricane assembly, because the pieces are very heavy. Overall, great people, great pay, and great hours.
