I liked that they treated me as an employee rather than just an intern doing busy work. I felt valued and I learned a significant amount in the few months I worked there because of it.

What I liked
Everyone was willing to mentor me and answer my questions. Any part of the project I wanted to work on they let me. Their culture is very accepting and open.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more of an orientation on electrical construction specifics.
Advice
Don't be afraid to tell your supervisors and coworkers what you want to learn more about or what you are struggling with.
