The flexibility, and the fact that my management was really kind and accommodating.

I wish there were more projects, as I found myself having nothing to work on sometimes.

Learn as much as you can and get acquainted with the buildings because it’s a lot easier once you know your way around.

It was a real job with real responsibilities and real people. I felt important to the team

Too many managers (Supervisor I, II, II, Manager I, II, II). It got too difficult to make changes unless everyone approved.

Make connections, talk to other college students and the staff members!
