The entire upper management should be replaced with new leaders who focus more on the employee than the dollar.

What I liked
I loved working with the company I am working for. They were very great and kind. My preceptor was wonderful and very open to my experiencing as much as I possibly could while I was there.
What I wish was different
Being paid would be great.

Jump on opportunities to learn and grow. If it's something you are uncomfortable with, all the more reason to try it!
