What I liked

Because Oki Golf is a small company, I was able to work in all aspects of Human Resources. This was an amazing opportunity as my HR Director helped me get a taste of recruitment, employee relations, compensation, L&I issues, and report generation.

What I liked

I liked the independence of the job and the freedom at times. Also the staff is small, so you are able to make relationships easily. Free golf is a huge plus as well.

What I wish was different

Hours were tough, they want you to work 5:00am - 1:00pm Monday - Friday and occasional weekends.

Advice

Its all physical labor, but the employers are really relaxed and cool, and teach you/tell you everything you need to do, really straight forward job.
