Small start up. It was easy to communicate and have close working professional relationships with coworkers at Oliver Space. I also loved their openness to allowing us to shape what we wanted to do during our intership.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have done it in person. I felt like I was stuck only learning about my role and not many other roles at the company. Sometimes i felt out of the loop.
Advice
Take risks and let your employers know your strengths. They will utilize you in a variety of ways even if it is not directly related to the internship.
