I liked being able to give a positive experience to kids, creating an environment where they can develop a skill and grow in their confidence in the face of new tasks.
What I wish was different
I wish the job had pay raises according to the length of time you have worked for the camp.
Advice
Working with kids will make you humble, as well as teach you how to achieve mastery over your emotions while you're frustrated.
