I got the opportunity to shadow a ton of different groups and figure out what I wanted to do within the IT field.
What I wish was different
ONE Gas does have smaller intern classes, which can be great in terms of personalization and getting experience, but it can also be very different from companies with huge intern classes.
Advice
Take advantage of opportunities early on in the summer! It took me a while to realize I could shadow so many people, and I wish I had started doing that earlier on.
