What I liked

I like being given the trust to make creative decisions. I like learning more about real estate, which is an industry I'm thinking of entering. I also enjoy being able to visit and tour houses as part of my experience.

What I wish was different

I wish I had the opportunity to work at the office itself, but with COVID this was not possible. I wish I got to go on house tours with our realtors and see what it's like to try and sell a house.

Advice

Don't leave all the decision-making up to your manager. They hired you for a reason, so it's okay to make decisions on your own without having to email your manager and make sure it's the right thing to do. Use your discretion (appropriately), because they put their trust in you for a reason.
