It was fun working with a new start-up and gaining hands on experience with operating a non profit.
What I wish was different
I wish the leadership team had taken more time out to really help shape, and craft the fellows into more well rounded professionals.
Advice
It's a good opportunity for someone who is considering public health, just be mindful that you need to speak your opinion on things you want to be changed.
