“As a small company in the growth stage, it was an amazing environment to understand just how much goes into making medical products from start to finish. Since there were only around 50 employees, it was also nice to get to know everyone and work together on a regular basis. As a part of the Product Development team, I was working on real problems, with experienced mentors, directly using concepts learned in school. But more than anything, I was astounded by how helpful, friendly, and caring everyone was to each other and to me. It was very evident that everyone loved working there, and now I can attest, too!”
