The staff is great, senior engineers are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand and explain how things work and why. The work is fairly flexible and you are given opportunity to work on many parts of the software to find what interests you the most.
What I wish was different
I wish some of the code conventions would be updated to modern programming practiced and that remote work infrastructure was better.
Advice
Don't be afraid to be wrong, or say you don't know something. It's understood and expected that you won't know everything and it is a good thing to reach out for help
