What I liked
The Chicago office is small but intimate. It is a very collaborative environment, with social events here and there. Even though I was a summer intern I was welcomed to all events. Everyone was nice and eager to learn about what I have been and will be doing.
The internship, despite me not being a civil engineer, was useful to me. There were resources (including fellow employees) available for me to learn about hydraulics, programming APIs, and how data is managed in the company.
