I enjoyed the networking aspect of being able to talk to different golfers and build relationships with members of the club. I also had a great experience being outside on the golf course, and working a flexible schedule while taking summer classes.
What I wish was different
I wouldn't change anything.
Advice
I think caddying is a really great way to meet people and grow your network. It can provide opportunities to speak with successful individuals that you wouldn't encounter otherwise.

What I liked
I loved the on-hands learning/teaching opportunity. I worked with kids from the age of 8 all the way up to adults teaching them how to maneuver a boat, read the water, and assess situations. I worked with several children with disabilities as well, which posed challenges I never thought I'd get the chance to help an individual overcome.

No matter how hard the day has been or how you feel, it is important to learn to keep moving forward while taking care of yourself.
