I love volunteering for the OTW. It's a wonderful community, I believe in its mission statement, and as a support staffer I'm learning and exercising valuable skill.
What I wish was different
I have had no cause to complain during my tenure so far. I hope to continue volunteering for the OTW for years to come.
Advice
Keep learning new things, don't be afraid to ask questions - and every bit of computer knowledge goes a long way.
