The environment was extremely welcoming which was refreshing based on past experiences.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time there. It's hard to leave when you feel like you've just started to really get the hand of things.
Advice
Take the first 2 or 3 weeks to really listen and absorb everything going on around you and then using this information make thoughtful suggestions and take initiative.
