I loved the atmosphere that I worked in. Everyone in the building was extremely welcoming and willing to teach me anything I was wanting to learn. It was a very relaxed, yet professional environment. I felt open to being able to be myself.

Don't be afraid to speak up when you are interested in a new task / topic. The people you will work with are people who are truly wanting to help you learn and grow. I started as an intern, and they quickly offered me a full-time position.
