It was outdoors and good, energizing work. Lots of freedom and personal responsibility. The people I worked with were really helpful and nice, it was a good team environment.

Prepare for physical labor, the hands-on work at times can be very taxing. There are lots of opportunities for overtime, but sometimes those opportunities are not optional.
