I had the opportunity to work with a communicative, friendly, and truly educational team. While the nature of our work was fast, and needed us to be faster, we still managed to tackle our days with patience, efficiency, and clarity. My supervisor was always co-operative and available, and our shared fast responsive times led to both higher productivity and much less stress for the two of us.
What I wish was different
While certainly not their fault, OutRight hadn't moved into their new space by the time I was interning there. The entirety of my term was remote, making interacting with other departments (and really, other interns) fairly difficult. I've been offered the chance to visit at any time convenient to me, and I'm looking forward to taking them up on that offer.
Advice
Be clear on what projects you want to work on! Interns are given the freedom to shape their experience, and thus, what skills they take out of it. So, if you want to work on that campaign, just say so! I'm sure people will be glad to have you help.
