What I liked

I greatly enjoyed the people, culture, and projects that came with working for Pacific. The diversity of the job description gave excellent opportunity to experience a challenging and changing workload, along with the proper support and coaching to feel confident.

What I wish was different

My experience with Pacific was truly ideal, and I would not have changed any aspect of it.

Advice

Pacific is a company that welcomes any and all good ideas, even from interns, so creativity, drive, and voice will all help there.

What I liked

The work was very interesting, I was doing managerial accounting analysis and managing food distribution processes. The team I worked with was very supportive and friendly.

What I wish was different

More organization, with the operations and internship program.

Advice

Be prepared to be thrown right into the fray and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Great environment and lots of freedom to work on projects that you were interested in.

It was hard to find temporary living arragements in Portland area.

Advice

Be prepared to work hard, and you have to keep yourself motivated. There is little to no overwatch.
