It’s a stable job, and got my bills paid while I took time off for college. When I was ready to back to school, they were very flexible with my schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish I had gotten more recognition for the large amounts of work I did, and the extra overtime I put in to make sure all deadlines were met by my team. I wish they didn’t treat wash employee like they are completely replaceable.
Advice
If you find a job, and you don’t just love it, don’t be afraid to leave it. There are tons of better opportunities out there, especially once you have a degree.
